Do you sell anti-tarnish jewellery?
Yes, we offer two types of jewellery:
🔹 Anti-tarnish jewellery – made from stainless steel, durable and often waterproof. It is clearly marked in product descriptions.
🔹Fashion jewellery – made from alloy, more affordable, meant for occasional wear. It may tarnish over time and is not waterproof.
Is your jewellery waterproof?
Only selected anti-tarnish stainless steel jewellery is waterproof. If a piece is waterproof, it will be clearly mentioned in the product details.
Fashion jewellery is not waterproof — keep it away from moisture for longer life.
Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
Yes, we now offer Cash on Delivery (COD) for orders above ₹500.
Please note: COD orders may have a slightly higher shipping charge to cover handling costs. We still recommend prepaid orders for faster processing and smooth delivery.
How long does delivery take?
Once your order is confirmed, it is usually shipped within 24 hours. Delivery across India generally takes 3–7 working days, depending on your location.
What is your return or exchange policy?
We only accept exchange in case of:
✅ Damaged product
✅ Wrong item received
You must report the issue within 48 hours of delivery with an unboxing video or photo proof.
❌ We do not accept returns on used, worn, or handled items.
Can I gift your jewellery to someone special?
Absolutely! Whether it’s your girlfriend, wife, sister, or best friend, our jewellery is perfect to express love, gratitude or surprise.
Each piece comes in clean & elegant packaging, so you can directly gift it – even without special wrapping.

Yes! You're always welcome to visit our physical store in Indore. Get a feel of our full collection and try before you buy.
Do you offer discounts on bulk or group orders?
No, we do not offer extra discounts on bulk orders.
Why? Because our prices are already set at factory-direct rates, so whether you buy one piece or ten, you get the best price upfront — no need to bargain.
How can I track my order?
Once your jewellery is shipped, a tracking link is sent via WhatsApp or SMS. You can track your order live until it reaches you.
