* Orders are usually dispatched within *24–48 working hours* after payment confirmation (excluding Sundays & public holidays).
* During festive seasons or sales, dispatch time may be slightly longer.

✈ *2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Timelines*

*a) Standard Shipping (Approx. ₹50 – All Over India)*

* Dispatched *by road transport*.
* Estimated delivery: *6–8 working days* (sometimes up to *10 days* depending on courier & location).
* Best for non-urgent orders.

*b) Express Shipping (Approx. ₹70 – All Over India)*

* Dispatched *by air transport*.
* Estimated delivery: *2–6 working days* from dispatch.
* Recommended for urgent/prepaid orders.

*c) Cash on Delivery (COD is available only for orders between ₹500 – ₹1500.)*

* Dispatched *by air transport, but due to COD processing at the courier’s handling center, delivery may take **6–8 working days*.
* Free shipping is *not applicable* on COD orders.

🎁 *3. Free Shipping*

* Available only on *prepaid orders above ₹1000* via Standard Shipping.
* COD orders are *never eligible* for free shipping, regardless of order value.

📦 *4. Return & Exchange Policy*

* *No returns or exchanges* are accepted for any orders.
* We ensure proper quality checks before dispatch to maintain product standards.

🚫 *5. COD Fraud Prevention*

* If you place a COD order and refuse or fail to accept it *2 times or more, your account will be **blacklisted*.
* Blacklisted customers will be unable to place future COD orders.
* To avoid issues, please confirm availability before placing COD orders.

📍 *6. Courier Partners*

We work with trusted courier services for safe & timely delivery. However, delays may occur due to:

* Weather conditions
* Public holidays
* Remote/non-serviceable locations
* Courier operational delays

🔍 *7. Tracking Your Order*

* You’ll receive tracking details via *email/SMS* once the order is shipped.
* Use the tracking number to follow your parcel in real-time.
