Exchange Policy – Memsaab Fashions

At Memsaab Fashions, every piece of jewellery is packed with love and carefully inspected before dispatch. We are committed to maintaining the highest standards of hygiene and quality. To ensure fairness and trust, we follow a clear and transparent Exchange-Only Policy.

Refund

once we will approve the refund we will credit the amount in customer bank account within 5-7 working days 

No Returns – Exchange Only on Damaged Items

We do not accept returns of any kind. However, if the product you receive is damaged, broken, or has a manufacturing defect, we are happy to offer an exchange or replacement, under the conditions mentioned below.

Conditions for Exchange

To be eligible for an exchange:

  • The product must be physically damaged or defective when delivered.
    * You must raise the exchange request within 24hours of receiving your order.
    * A full unboxing video is mandatory as proof.
  •  The video must show the package being opened completely.
      * It must clearly show the damage.
      * The video must be continuous (no cuts or edits).
    * The product must be unused and in its original packaging (with tags, box/pouch, etc.)
  • We will Re-deliver either exchange or replace products  within 5-7working days 

How to Request an Exchange

If you meet the above conditions, follow this process:

    2. Mention your Order ID and describe the issue.
    3. Attach the full unboxing video showing the damaged product.
    4. Our team will verify the issue and respond within 24–48 working hours.
    5. If approved, we will send a replacement or similar product of equal value if the original is out of stock.

Not Eligible for Exchange

* No request after 24 hours of delivery will be accepted.
* Exchange will not be processed without an unboxing video.
* Damages caused after delivery or due to customer handling are not eligible.
* Products must be unused and complete with original packaging.
* We do not offer refunds or return-to-origin services under any circumstances.

One-Time Exchange Policy

Only one exchange is allowed per order. We reserve the right to approve or decline an exchange based on our quality verification process.
